Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and remove chocolates from their wrappers.

  2. Beat butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until well blended.

  3. Add white and brown sugar and beat again until fluffy.

  4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, mix well, then add dry ingredients.

  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar then place on a cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press chocolate into the center of each cookie. The cookie should crack around the edges.

  7. Remove cookies from cookie sheet and let cool on a wire rack.
