
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375° and remove chocolates from their wrappers.

Beat butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until well blended.

Add white and brown sugar and beat again until fluffy.

Add egg, milk, and vanilla, mix well, then add dry ingredients.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar then place on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press chocolate into the center of each cookie. The cookie should crack around the edges.

Remove cookies from cookie sheet and let cool on a wire rack.
