Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients then, to the same bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix again to form a dough.

  3. Chill dough for 10-15 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, create a cinnamon-sugar mixture using the reserved 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

  5. Once dough is chilled, form into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on a cookie sheet, moderately spread apart.

  6. Bake 12-14 minutes or until round and cracked.
